The ideal Manager to join BFAssociates is an expert of the Executive Search domain having worked for a medium or long period in a similar company with a customer portfolio recovered throughout the years.

BFAssociates wish to develop Business Center activity in Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Americas.

BFAssociates is ready to invest partially or at 100% in this new business partnership with a presentation including a clear Business plan and the interest to set-up and start-up this new center.

The base salary for Business partners is 100% driven by the signature of contracts and a % paid to the Business Partner. The remaining part of this % will stay in the structure to compensate costs. Net profit will be distributed based on % of participation.
